HOW CAN YOU HELP? I AM GLAD YOU ASKED...

1. WE DO NOT SHIP ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR THIS AND WILL REPORT ANY SUCH INCIDENTS TO THE POLICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. ID - We will require identification - with every shipment.

3. PAYMENTS - We will no longer be accepting cash payments. 

4. DURATION OF SHIPMENT - Every shipment will take 7-10 business days from the day it ships to arrive at our agent. (Please note that this excludes Public Holidays, and we may experience slight delays during peak seasons.) 

5. CUSTOMS - All goods with a value of $2500 and above must be declared. This is a US Customs requirement. Please request a US Customs Form for goods with this value - Cost is $45.

6. Any undisclosed item in your cargo, will result in a fine and possible seizure.

7. Abusive language toward any Cargo2Lagos staff/agent, will not be accepted nor tolerated. 

8. Mail-in packages must have a CTL#. No exceptions! This helps to reduce errors for package consolidations.
